Phoenix Zoo Lights

RWS Global created North America’s largest floating Christmas tree for Phoenix Zoo’s holiday, including custom pixel-mapped content. Floating on a ring made of truss and large floatation buoys, this fifty-foot-tall tree was placed in the centre of their man-made lake. Guests were taken on a journey around the world – and the realm of imagination – through the magic of holiday lights! As the sun set over a winter evening, the soaring holiday tree twinkled to life on the lake, while colours danced around the lake’s edge. Scenes from the savanna, rainforest and deep sea dazzled around the pixelated tree as vibrant soundscapes filled the air. A rocking finale illuminated the tree in a festive display of color before a special, snowy surprise!
