Youth Activity Leader – High-End Hotel Resorts (Spain & Greece)

We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for enthusiastic, creative, and energetic individuals to join our team as Youth Activity Leaders at luxury hotel resorts in Spain and Greece this Autumn.

As a Youth Activity Leader, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, memorable experience for young guests and their families. The role requires flexibility, as you will be working with children of all ages, tailoring activities to suit different groups and adapting to the needs of the resort.

You should bring experience in childcare, education, coaching, or youth engagement, with the ability to build rapport quickly with both children and parents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, ensuring that parents feel confident and children feel safe, inspired, and entertained.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a professional hospitality environment while making a real impact on guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate games, sports, and creative activities for children of all ages.
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with parents, updating them on activities and building strong relationships.
• Support evening family and youth activities once or twice a week.
• Be flexible in your approach, adapting activities and energy levels to suit the needs of guests.

Contract Information

• Schedule: 6 days per week, 09:30–13:00 and 15:30–18:00 (with lunch break).
• Evening Activities: 2 times per week.
• Compensation: £400 per week.
• Dates in Resort: 16th October – 2nd November.
• Training: 14th–15th October (training fee: £150).
• Perks: Shared accommodation and all meals provided.
• Travel: Return travel to and from resort covered.
• Location: Resorts in Spain and Greece.
