Bespoke Shows and Productions

Bespoke shows and productions start with a question: what do you want your guests to feel? From that first conversation, we build original entertainment programs designed specifically for your destination, your brand and your audience. No templates. No adapted stock shows. Just a production created end-to-end for you, produced in our studios and operated by our teams wherever in the world your guests experience it.

What Bespoke Production Looks Like

Every production we create is original. Here’s what that means in practice.

Original Creative Development
Our directors, choreographers, designers and composers develop show concepts from your brief, building performances that reflect your destination’s identity, match your guest demographic and create the emotional peaks you want your audience to take home. The creative process is genuinely collaborative: we work with your team until the concept is right before a single piece of set is built.
In-House Production
We produce everything in our own studios. Costumes, scenic elements, lighting design, sound design, automation and staging infrastructure are all handled by our in-house teams across 100,000+ sq ft of production space in New York and London. What we hand over is ready to perform at commercial standard, not a work in progress.
Casting and Rehearsal
We source and cast performers and technicians from our global talent pipeline, then rehearse them in-house to production standard. You receive a production team that already works together, knows the show and is ready to perform.
Ongoing Operations and Refresh
Bespoke shows don’t expire after opening night. We operate what we create, managing daily performance quality, cast rotation and seasonal creative refreshes. Guests who return six months later should feel they’re seeing something fresh, not something tired.

Common Questions

How long does it take to develop a bespoke production? Lead times vary by scope, but we typically plan 9 to 18 months for a full original production from brief to opening night. For refreshes or shorter-form shows, timelines can be tighter. We’re transparent about what’s achievable and will tell you early if your timeline needs adjusting.
Can we be involved in the creative development process? Yes, and we encourage it. Our development process is built around collaborative checkpoints where your team reviews, responds and redirects. The production is yours. We want you invested in how it comes together.
